These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mindset — Daily Motivation ("the App"), operated by the developer ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.
Mindset is a daily motivation app that delivers curated quotes across five categories: Motivation, Resilience, Discipline, Mindset, and Success. The App includes a free tier and an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features.
Mindset Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
The free version of Mindset provides limited access to quotes and features. We reserve the right to change the features included in the free tier at any time.
You agree not to:
All content within the App — including quotes, design, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our written permission.
Quotes attributed to historical or public figures are used for educational and inspirational purposes. Where a quote is in the public domain, no proprietary claim is made.
With your permission, the App sends daily push notifications containing motivational quotes. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings. We do not send marketing emails or third-party promotional notifications.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and handle your data. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Motivational content in the App is for inspirational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its subscription in the past twelve months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
